Floyd's 99 Barbershop is seeking talented, licensed barbers and stylists to join the team in Chanhassen, MN (Hwy 5 and Great Plains Blvd). The shop is busy and energetic, focused on delivering the signature Floyd's amplified experience. Requirements

• Must be a licensed barber or stylist.
• Ability to bring great energy to clients.
• Willingness to celebrate personal style and contribute to a vibrant shop atmosphere.

Pay

• Full‑time barbers and stylists can earn $70,000–$80,000 annually, including commissions and tips.
• New‑hire incentives totaling $1,500:
  • $500 after 30 days
  • $500 after 90 days
  • $500 after 180 days
• Weekly pay with commission‑based compensation and hourly‑rate protection.
