Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Charlotte's Steele Creek area is adding licensed Barbers and Hair Stylists to our team. We combine the tradition of a neighborhood barbershop with modern style and a high-energy atmosphere. About the role

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding haircutting and grooming experiences for clients
• Perform men's and women's haircut services, fades, styling, and beard work
• Build strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Share product recommendations that support your clients' hair goals
• Work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to quality and customer service

Requirements

• Current North Carolina Barber or Cosmetology license
• Experience providing haircutting, styling, and grooming services
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and other scheduled shifts

Pay

• $1,800 Sign-On Bonus
• Weekly pay
• Commission structure ranging from 45% to 60% based on service revenue
• Guaranteed $16 hourly base pay or commission, whichever is greater, plus tips
• Many Floyd's professionals earn between $60,000 and $100,000+ annually
• Additional earnings through retail product commissions
