Licensed Hair Stylist

About the Role

SmartStyle, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking talented, licensed stylists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and advancing their careers in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional haircare services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing
• Conduct thorough client consultations
• Maintain a friendly, guest-focused environment
• Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology
• Assist with end-of-day administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Cosmetology or Barber License
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals

Pay

Average earnings of $23–$43/hr (including base pay, commissions, and tips), daily tips via Pay Card.
