About the role

Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn? We are looking for Level 1 Install Technicians to join our team at a high-profile data center project. No telecom experience? No problem. If you've worked in a trade or the military, used tools daily, or thrived in physically demanding roles — we want to talk to you!

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with low-voltage installations and cable pulling
  • SUPPORT lead technicians in building out critical infrastructure
  • LEARN ON THE JOB in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Experience in physically demanding jobs (construction, trades, etc.)
  • Bonus: Any experience with telecom, installation, or low-voltage work

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Haven, IN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
