About the role

At Alltek, we are seeking HVAC technicians who are reliable, professional, and take ownership of their work. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, work safely, and represent Alltek well in the field.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment issues
• Supporting preventative maintenance programs
• Working on RTUs, split systems, boilers, air handlers, controls, refrigeration, and related commercial systems
• Documenting work clearly using Alltek’s Visual ROI platform
• Helping clients understand what is happening with their equipment through honest, transparent communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
