Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Document client progress and communicate with healthcare providers and family members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred.
• Passing score on a background check.
