About the role
Location: Castro Valley, CA 94546. Start Date: February 23. Schedule: Twice a week, Monday and Saturday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Helper Rate: $20.83/hr.
Responsibilities
- Perform diaper changes with proper hygiene and care
- Bed rotation/repositioning to prevent pressure sores (every few hours as needed)
- Provide companionship and gentle supervision
- Ensure client's comfort while in bed
- Monitor basic needs and report any concerns to the family
- Maintain a clean and safe care environment
Schedule
Monday and Saturday | 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Pay
$20.83 per hour
Requirements
- Patient, reliable, and attentive
- Experience with bed-bound or elderly clients is highly preferred
- Patient, gentle, and attentive demeanor
- Comfortable providing personal care, including diaper changes
- Reliable and able to follow care instructions
