Available Opportunities

• Forklift Drivers – Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move product safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Team Leads – Help guide daily workflow, support team members, promote safety, assist with training, and keep operations running smoothly.

Locations & Shifts

Positions are available at a variety of locations throughout Neenah and Appleton, with opportunities across first, second, and third shifts. Whether you are looking for daytime hours, an afternoon schedule, or an overnight opportunity, we may have a shift that fits your lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and organize materials safely and accurately.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship products while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Support inventory counts, product rotation, and warehouse organization.
• Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
• For Team Lead roles: coach team members, help assign daily tasks, support training, and communicate workflow needs.
