NOW Hiring Experienced Caregivers ALL Shifts (Cna/Hha/ PCA)

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas. Earn top pay rates while building a meaningful career in a growing industry with flexible shift options:

• Short shifts: 4–6 hours (Day/Evening)
• Long shifts: 8–12 hours (Day/Evening/Overnight)

Client needs include personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the US
