NOW Hiring Experienced Caregivers ALL Shifts (Cna/Hha/ PCA)

TheKey is currently hiring caregivers to support clients in Norfolk and surrounding areas, offering top pay rates and a meaningful career in a growing industry.

Pay

• $16–18 per hour
• $300 sign-on bonus

Schedule

• Short shifts: 4–6 hours (day/evening)
• Long shifts: 8–12 hours (day/evening/overnight)
• Shift availability: days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
• Schedule options: full-time and part-time available

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB clearance or chest X-ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements
• Must be eligible to work in the US
