Overview

Location: Bothell, Bellevue, and surrounding areas. TheKey is the largest provider of private‑pay in‑home care for aging seniors in North America. The role involves providing 1:1 care to clients in their homes.

Pay

Top pay rates: $22‑24 per hour for standard shifts; short 4‑hour shifts pay $25‑26 per hour. Weekly pay with optional daily pay through PayActiv.

Schedule

• Daytime shifts preferred, including shorter 4–6 hour shifts.
• Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
• Weekend coverage highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping.
• Companionship: games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA license.
• CPR certification.
• Nurse delegation certification and Hoyer lift experience.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• Minimum age 18.
• Basic computer skills.
• Driver’s license, vehicle, insurance, and registration.
• Eligibility to work in the US and pass state background screening.
