NOW Hiring Caregivers (Cna/Hca License Required)

Overview

Location: Everett and surrounding areas. We are especially seeking caregivers who are open to daytime shifts, shorter shifts (4–6 hours), and who drive or are willing to commute between clients.

Pay

Top pay rates: $22–$24 per hour. For short 4–6 hour shifts, $25–$26 per hour. Weekly pay with optional Daily Pay through PayActiv.

Schedule

• Daytime shifts (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

• Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
• Companionship: games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HCA license
• Nurse Delegation certification and Hoyer lift experience (highly preferred)
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Basic computer skills
• Driver’s license, vehicle, car insurance, and registration
• Compliance with state background‑screening requirements and eligibility to work in the US
