About the role
As an in-home caregiver, you will provide assistance to adults needing help with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
- Absorb and manage incontinence care thoughtfully
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Ensure safety with memory care support
- Assist with physical therapy exercises
Requirements
- Genuinely enjoy older adults
- Have a reliable car
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening test
Qualifications
- Experience with caregiving preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
