Pay

- Competitive pay: $17 – $19/hr - Sign-on reward, with pay increases at 90 days and every six months - Get rewarded when picking up shifts with less than 24 hours’ notice - Celebrate your progress with rewards for onboarding, on-time clock-ins, tenure goals, and more - Know a great caregiver? What your day looks like

Your daily tasks will include: - Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services - Assist with bathing and grooming - Provide thoughtful incontinence care management - Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress in the home - Prepare meals to keep seniors healthy - Give medication reminders to avoid hospital readmissions - Ensure safety with memory care support - Assist with physical therapy exercises

You’ll be a great fit if...

you genuinely enjoy older adults and have a reliable car with proof of insurance. A valid driver’s license is also essential, along with a clean background check and drug screening.
