Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers — PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and Homemakers — to provide quality in‑home care to seniors throughout Bernardston, MA and surrounding communities. Pay

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling opportunities

Sign‑On Bonus

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign‑on bonus after completing their first 90 days. To qualify, you must:

• Work at least 20 hours per week
• Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs
• Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
• Running essential errands when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor
• Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home
• Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

Requirements

• Able to provide reliable transportation
• HHA or CNA certification welcome when applicable
