Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (Activities of Daily Living - ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by offering ongoing social and emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Maintain order, safety, and client enjoyment as top priorities
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
• Handle administrative functions such as documentation of task completion and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Requirements

• Bilingual (Japanese and English)
• PCA, CNA, or GNA certification preferred
• HCA/PER ID preferred but not required (we can help you obtain it)
• Alzheimer’s or dementia experience is a plus
• Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Basic computer skills and technical savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and provide references
• Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work
