Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Must pass a pre-employment assessment following initial screening
• Comfort and interest in working with technology, including experience and familiarity using MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and Windows Operating Systems
• A positive attitude
• Ability and willingness to learn technical material in a school-like setting
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic math understanding
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work off-shift hours (3rd shift is Sun-Thurs, 11pm-7am)

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
• Repetitive motion
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory setting

Benefits

• Starting hourly base pay is $22.65/hour for new Machine Operators
• $23.65 will be the hourly rate with an achievement of Machine Operator II certification following completion of HTTI (or for experienced Machine Operators, upon successful completion of an assessment)
