NovaCare Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Physical Therapist Center Manager to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics. Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager. Location: Northeast Philadelphia, PA. The center is a 2 PT, 1 PTA outpatient clinic with front desk staff, seeking a leader to treat and manage the clinic while working closely with orthopedic surgeons from The Rothman Institute, offering a diverse outpatient orthopedic mix. Requires at least 2 years of recent outpatient orthopedic experience. NovaCare Rehabilitation takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. The outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote patient well‑being.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
