About the role
NovaCare Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics in Malvern, PA. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday outpatient position with no weekends. The center is a multiple-therapist outpatient orthopedic clinic that sees a diverse patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics, and therapists work closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute. NovaCare emphasizes creating an exceptional patient experience, helping patients return to athletics, work, and daily life, while nurturing each therapist's growth through mentorship, continuing education, and nationwide career mobility across 1,900 centers in 39 states.
Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification

Pay
Salary range starting at $80,000 per year, increasing based on experience.
