About the role

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to work onsite at Rothman Orthopaedics in Bryn Mawr, PA. The role is in an outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting serving a diverse patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics, collaborating closely with referring orthopedic physicians.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday through Friday. No weekends.

Pay

Salary range starting at $80,000 per year, with increases based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE‑accredited school
• Valid state Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
