About the role

As a Joy Creator (guest services representative), you’ll sweeten up the bakery, set the mood, and make every visit an event worth sharing. You’ll play party planner by helping guests order the right cake for their celebrations and ensuring their orders go off without a hitch. You’ll make everyone feel welcomed and create an environment of generosity, happiness, and joy in your community.
