Norwich 1 Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Play an important role in running great restaurants by:
• Safeguarding food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and assist departments in meeting their goals.
• Maintain safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Offer exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
