What You'll Do
- Lead and support an evening cleaning team.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Help maintain outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Deliver supplies to job sites as needed.
- Communicate schedules, updates, and expectations to staff.
- Work closely with the Area Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and lead by example.
