Northeastern Co-op: Insolvency & Fiduciary Services
About the role
G2 Capital Advisors is a multi-product and sector-focused investment bank headquartered in Back Bay, Boston. Formed on the premise that lower middle market advisory firms could do more to help clients navigate operational or financial challenges and the complexity of capital markets transactions. As part of GA Group (backed by Oaktree), G2 brings additional scale and resources to support middle-market companies. G2 is not your typical investment bank or restructuring firm: we are a group of former business operators with unique industry experience and financial advisory bankers who help our clients achieve their strategic and financial goals. The Insolvency & Fiduciary Services (IFS) Co-op program provides students with an in-depth understanding of our IFS practice, which helps clients navigate the day-to-day ambiguity of distress situations, while working toward the overall goal of preserving value, maximizing economic recovery, and reducing risk. Opportunities to regularly collaborate and forge relationships with team members, subject matter experts in the industry, and our G2 Leadership Team are endless through your exposure to deal work and ongoing training.
