About the role
This role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience. This geography covers all of the states from Ohio northeast to Maine.
Responsibilities
- Managing successful implementation of the CSS team and ensuring team operates in a compliant manner with the appropriate ways of working, including identifying training needs, in-field and National/Area meetings, with the purpose of elevating team effectiveness.
- Providing direction to team to ensure they execute in a strategic manner to help patients through their Rx journey.
- Analyzing available indices and developing and testing hypotheses as to specific drivers and barriers to use of AbbVie resources, including portals and technology solutions. Utilize analytics tools to monitor call activity and capacity.
- Working with platform team to develop future versions of technology solutions.
- Develop, implement and execute effective skill development plans for direct reports. Deliver consistent coaching direction via field-travel and meeting engagements and optimize their ability to provide effective resources to support patients.
- Partner with sales force, sales management, and other business partners to improve technology utilization where it can best help patients.
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience working with HCPs in a role that required understanding the prescription landscape for specialty drugs (preferably in Immunology) and experience working with HCP-facing websites / portals, and other technology solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in Immunology and Patient Services is preferred.
- Field management and/or home office experience preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively (75%+).
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on analyses.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, in addition to effectiveness to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Strong track record of demonstrating leadership skills.
- Ability to drive results, motivate others, and maintain prioritization of key projects and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Valid driver's license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
- Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment.
Skills

Pay
Pay Range: $124,500 - $236,500 USD
