Position Summary

SpaDerma is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NP) and/or Physician Assistants (PA) to deliver cosmetic injection services, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and Kybella. This role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of one year of injection experience who have a passion for aesthetics and building long-term patient relationships. While we provide ongoing advanced training, candidates must bring existing injectable expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to develop customized treatment plans.
  • Safely and skillfully administer cosmetic injections, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators and Kybella.
  • Attend ongoing training and assist in aesthetic procedures beyond injectables.
  • Provide detailed pre and post care instructions to ensure patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records and before-and-after photos.
  • Actively contribute to practice growth through social media and marketing efforts.
  • Participate in team meetings and complete assigned social media responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance practice operations.

Qualifications

  • Valid Illinois medical license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Minimum of 1 year of cosmetic injection experience (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Empathetic, patient-focused, and highly collaborative.
  • Expertise in skincare treatments and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
  • Active social media accounts preferred.
  • Weekend and evening availability.

Compensation

First-year injectors typically earn $200,000–$250,000+, with experienced injectors earning $350,000+. Competitive hourly base, commission structure, and bonus opportunities.
