North County Respite - Assistant Program Coordinator
Description And Responsibilities
The Assistant Program Coordinator at Open Sky Community Services works alongside Residential Counselors to provide direct support to individuals served and supervises overnight staff. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Direct care duties
- Hygiene (personal care)
- Lifting, assisting with transfers
- Medication administration
- Documentation
- Assisting with group therapy
- Transportation
- Behavioral intervention
- Role modeling
- Recreational activities
Implement activities that facilitate the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
Provide administrative assistance to the Program Coordinator, including program scheduling, budgets, and team meetings.
Participate in on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities

Pay and Schedule
Base Rate: USD $22.64/Hr.
