North America Pricing Manager
Based in Chanhassen, MN, or Boulder, CO, you will create value by shaping pricing strategies, collaborating with product leadership, and distilling insights from data analysis to enhance our price realization in North America.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Global and North America pricing, product, and sales managers to drive alignment, influence adoption, and lead organizational change to improve pricing performance.
- Lead the optimization, governance, and adoption of pricing systems, tools, and workflows to support pricing excellence across North America.
- Leverage data for insights, turning metrics and reports into actionable recommendations for generating market opportunities, revenue potential, and pricing strategies.
- Provide price guidance and deal support for key customers or new product launches to drive overall business strategy.
- Synthesize inputs from sales and product management teams to set prices and discounts for products in North America with direct ownership of realized pricing in the region.
- Ensure systems capture critical data needed to manage pricing and ensure data inputs unique to region are accurately integrated into global pricing strategy.
- Support global pricing strategy and product development decision-making with detailed analyses of market opportunities and financial analytics in North America.
- Support systems that provide control and visibility into transactional pricing (e.g., Vendavo Deal Manager – discount authorization).
- Develop recommendations for incentive systems to drive price realization and behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
- A minimum of eight (8) or more years of related experience.
- Able and willing to travel 10% for regional and territory meetings.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Direct experience in pricing strategy or pricing management.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
