North America Commercial Cards B2B Manager - Director
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the North America B2B commercial card portfolio, including eCommerce and payables, to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the US and Canadian markets, setting clear priorities across client segmentation, pricing, channel, and competitive differentiation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to identify new growth opportunities and ensure the product portfolio remains best-in-class.
- Act as the senior product authority in complex client engagements, providing solution expertise that accelerates deal closure and deepens client relationships.
- Lead the development of sales and marketing materials that communicate a clear, compelling value proposition for target industry verticals.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from innovation and development through launch and ongoing performance management, including financial targets and expense oversight.
- Build and develop high-performing teams, with full accountability for hiring, performance management, and professional growth.
- Align cross-functional partners across Technology, Operations, Sales, and Control Functions to deliver on the product roadmap and strategic goals.
Requirements
- 15 or more years of relevant professional experience in product management, with a track record of developing and executing strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth and market share gains.
- 8 to 10 or more years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and develop multiple teams simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of the B2B payments ecosystem, including commercial card products, payables flows, and the competitive landscape.
- Experience developing and owning go-to-market strategies across multiple markets, with the ability to coordinate and integrate cross-functional delivery at scale.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, including experience influencing senior executives and leading complex client and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capability, with experience managing product P&L, financial performance, and acquisition targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Skills
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Established network within the payments or fintech industry.
- Experience leading large-scale product initiatives within a global, matrixed organization.
