Normalizer
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Disclaimer about acquisition: can be dropped as boilerplate? It's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Might be considered boilerplate? It's about acquisition and employment transition. Might be considered relevant? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This disclaimer is not exactly those categories, but it's but could be considered legal? It's about acquisition; maybe keep? It's not required but could be considered meta. However we can keep as a short paragraph maybe under a heading? There's no heading for it. Could be placed as a
before sections. But we need to preserve all substantive information. The disclaimer is substantive? It says: "Disclaimer: SLB completed the acquisition of ChampionX on July 16, 2025. If selected for this position, your employment will begin with ChampionX and will transition to SLB as part of the planned integration." That's relevant to the job. So we should keep it. Then: "We are looking for a Normalizer located in Tulsa, OK." That's location info. Then: "This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet." That's generic. Then "What’s In It For You" with bullet points? Actually it's a paragraph: "Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture, and empowers through continuous improvementThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestComprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!" It seems run-on sentences missing spaces. We need to extract benefits: "Comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching and more!" Also earlier: "Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture, and empowers through continuous improvement" and "The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best". Those could be considered benefits or culture. We'll treat as Benefits section. Then "What You Will Do" with list of duties. Then "Minimum Qualifications" with text. Then "Physical Demands: (if applicable)" with details. Then "About Us" with description. Then "Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion" which is EEO boilerplate; we should remove that as per instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. So drop that section. Also there may be duplicated lines: "As innovators, that’s been our mission for nearly a century." appears twice; we should deduplicate. We need to output sections only when there is real specific content. Potential sections: - About the role? Could be the introductory paragraph: "We are looking for a Normalizer located in Tulsa, OK. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet." Could be considered About the role. We'll make an
About the role
with a. - Responsibilities: from "What You Will Do" list. - Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications. - Skills? Not explicitly listed; maybe we can infer from qualifications: ability to use multiplication, division, etc. But we should not invent. So we skip Skills if no explicit. - Benefits: from "What’s In It For You" benefits. - Pay: not specified; we should not create Pay section. - Schedule: not specified. - Physical Demands could be part of Requirements or a separate section? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. But we have a specific "Physical Demands" heading in the posting. Should we create a section? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Demands is not in that list, but we could treat as part of Requirements or Qualifications. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we could include it under Requirements as a
or maybe under Qualifications. Since we have a Requirements section, we can include physical demands there. - About Us: could be a section but not in the list; but we could treat as About the role? Actually About Us is company description. Could be placed under About the role? Might be better to have a separate section but not in allowed headings. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but not exclusive? It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. About Us could go under About the role? Or we could omit About Us if not fitting. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we could include About Us content in About the role section.
- Disclaimer about acquisition: could be placed in About the role as well.
