About the role

NorBella Rogers, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join their team in Rogers, MN. The community provides Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a 40-unit apartment-style community.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Aid in medication administration as directed.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay

• HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour.
• CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour.
• Shift Differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs.

Schedule

• Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time PMs (2pm-10pm).
