About the role

NorBella Prior Lake, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join their team. Located in Prior Lake, MN, this community offers Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a peaceful setting near agricultural fields and residential neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents with personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Achieve independence for residents through encouragement and assistance.
• Treat residents with respect and dignity.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Requirements

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

Pay

• CNA wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour.
• HHA wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour.
• Shift differential: $1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs.

Schedule

• Part-time weekend NOCs (10pm-6am).
• On-call positions available.
