About the role

NorBella Champlin, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Chef/Cook to join their team. Located in Champlin, MN, the community offers Assisted Living and Memory Care services in a peaceful environment close to local amenities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
• Review and process diet changes and maintain menus in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Professional, positive, and cooperative relationships with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Advanced computer skills, including email use.

Pay

$17.50 - $22.50 per hour.
