What You’ll Do
- Manage ledgers, budgets, and financial systems—always GAAP-compliant.
- Own the monthly close, audit prep, and variance analysis.
- Forecast cash flow and monitor investments.
- Oversee grant and project accounting for nonprofits and mission-driven clients.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance (taxes, filings, etc.).
- Supervise and support finance team members.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years in accounting with leadership experience
- Advanced QuickBooks + Excel skills
- Experience translating finance to both execs and non-finance teams
- Recent public accounting experience
- CPA a BIG plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Strategic Growth
- Help shape client service plans and department strategy.
- Identify opportunities to expand client services.
- Contribute to thought leadership—write articles, lead training, share insights.

Pay
Salary Range - $90,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
