Responsibilities

• Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
• The NF Production I teammate weighs and purchases nonferrous material, verifies pricing and material classification, completes required transaction records, and assists customers and vendors with loading/unloading.
• This role also operates some small equipment and supports general yard housekeeping in a fast-paced environment.
