Hourly pay rate: $35.00. Weekly pay, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The pay listed is the hourly range or rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

  • Complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC, and other equipment, systems, or structures.
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities.
  • Respond to spills and other emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as necessary.
  • Assist in client, site, or customer emergencies as needed.

Requirements

  • Formal knowledge of HVAC components (VAVs, air-handlers, pumps, unit ventilators, etc.).
  • Experience commensurate with the specific facility for the position of Building Engineer.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Highest-level relevant state/local license for Stationary Engineer and/or HVAC, plus universal-level refrigerant recovery license (as required).
  • Computer skills and building automation systems experience.
  • Certification meeting OSHA ACM awareness training requirements (as required).
  • EPA 608 Certified (preferred).
