Non-tech Sourcing Recruiter 3
About the role
This position is for a Sourcing Recruiter who will partner with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, HRBP, and People Experience leaders to identify and attract top talent. The role focuses on developing proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume, non-tech positions, building robust talent pipelines, and delivering diverse candidate slates for business-critical HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for HR, Benefits, Compensation, and People-related positions.
- Source and engage passive candidates through Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across HR functions.
- Conduct candidate screening and profile calibration to ensure alignment with hiring manager requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to align on talent needs and candidate profiles.
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights to business partners.
- Recommend process improvements and sourcing best practices that improve hiring outcomes.
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives and strategic workforce planning efforts.
- Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
- Experience sourcing corporate or HR talent, with a preference for high-volume, non-tech roles.
- Strong candidate generation skills through direct sourcing methodologies, including advanced Boolean and X-ray search expertise.
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

- Experience recruiting for corporate functions within large organizations.
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
- Ability to influence hiring teams using recruiting data and market insights.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with the ability to leverage market insights and sourcing metrics.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.

The role can be based in either Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA.
