Job Description

The Ops AMER Recruiting team hires candidates across high-growth Operations functions. This is a high-velocity, high-impact recruiting environment supporting engineering, safety, supply chain, and regional operations leaders across North America. This position is a temporary role created to support increased hiring demand.

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for senior-level professional roles.
  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver end-to-end recruiting support for both internal and external candidates.
  • Engage regularly with engineering, safety, supply chain operations, mechanics, delivery pilots, operations managers, and senior regional operations leaders.
  • Maintain productivity, follow standard operating procedures, and uphold an organized workflow.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience is required. Candidates must demonstrate an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and show strong delivery against metrics.

  • Sourcing research skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Candidate analysis and search expertise.

A background in an agency setting is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Compensation

COMPENSATION: $40 - $50 HOURLY
