About the Role

Perform full-cycle recruiting for senior-level professional roles, working directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver end-to-end recruiting support for both internal and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for senior-level professional roles
• Work directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver end-to-end recruiting support for both internal and external candidates
• Engage regularly with engineering, safety, supply chain operations, mechanics, delivery pilots, operations managers, and senior regional operations leaders
• Maintain productivity, follow standard operating procedures, and uphold an organized workflow

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Strong delivery against metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Sourcing research skills
• Ability to work independently
• Candidate analysis and search expertise
• Background in an agency setting (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Pay

$40 - $50 hourly
