The Department of Anthropology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is currently looking to fill several Non-Teaching Coadjutant positions. These positions are needed to assist several faculty with non-teaching administrative support duties as needed.

About the role

Non-Teaching Coadjutants will provide administrative support to faculty members in the Department of Anthropology. Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with research data management
  • Organizing and maintaining departmental files and records
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Managing departmental budgets and expenses
  • Supporting faculty with grant writing and proposal development

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
