The Department of Anthropology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is currently looking to fill several Non-Teaching Coadjutant positions. These positions are needed to assist several faculty with non-teaching administrative support duties as needed.
About the role
Non-Teaching Coadjutants will provide administrative support to faculty members in the Department of Anthropology. Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with research data management
- Organizing and maintaining departmental files and records
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Managing departmental budgets and expenses
- Supporting faculty with grant writing and proposal development
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications

Pay
