Non-Registered Client Service Assistant - Towne Wealth Management (Raymond James Financial Services, Inc.)

Essential Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and screen calls for financial advisors
• Interact daily on the phone and in person with prospective and existing clients including handling basic inquiries
• Research client and security information through the back-office system
• Process and follow up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts
• Create and maintain records and files
• Maintain databases and create reports
• Aid financial advisors with marketing efforts including seminars, etc.
• Receive and process deposits and securities when needed
• Train other service associates when needed
• Cross-train on other operational functions and perform back-up in these areas as needed
• Adhere to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification

• Show mathematical abilities sufficient to process account and transaction information
• Operate general office equipment (copier, fax, etc.)
• Show general computer skills to include competence in Windows and MS Outlook
• Show high school diploma or equivalent

Desired Skills And Competencies

• At least 5 years securities industry or related work experience preferred
