Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, billing, and collections for federal and state grants
- Oversee month-end close, A/R reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with grant terms and applicable regulations
- Prepare grant reports, audit schedules, and supporting documentation
- Track program financial performance across lifecycle and budgets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of accounting experience with not-for-profits
- Strong accounts receivable and general ledger experience
- Experience with federal/state grants, reporting, and compliance
