Non Medical Inhome Caregiver

About the role

Join the HomeWell Care Services team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults who wish to remain safely and independently in their homes. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in-home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence
• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Companion care and emotional support
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Transportation to medical appointments and errands
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Fall prevention and safety monitoring
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Communication with family members and care team
• Accurate documentation of client care

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker, or caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional senior care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Current Arizona Auto Insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Current TB test
• Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff
