Non-Medical In-Home Caregiver (All Levels of Care)

About The Role

We’re looking for dependable, compassionate individuals to join our HomeWell Care Services team. Whether you’re someone with a naturally caring personality, or an experienced caregiver/CNA, teacher on summer break, a college student seeking meaningful work in a health care field — we have opportunities for you. We provide non-medical in-home support to seniors and adults who want to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Our clients have a wide range of needs, so we hire caregivers at all skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & Daily Support: Conversation, engagement, and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and home organization
• Meal prep and assistance with eating
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments, errands, or activities
• (For Trained/experienced Caregivers) Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Mobility support and safe transfers
• Support for clients with dementia or chronic conditions

Requirements

• Genuine compassion and patience
• Reliability and strong communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CNA license or hands-on care experience preferred for advanced care clients (not required for companionship roles)
