About the role
Our Family Friend is an award winning home care agency that has been helping seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes for over 15 years. We serve families throughout Chelsea, Dexter, Ann Arbor, Saline, Manchester, Grass Lake, and the Jackson area, and our care team is growing.

Schedule options
We build schedules around your life, with consistent weekly hours and the same clients every visit. Openings include:
- Overnight shifts (9 PM to 9 AM and 9 PM to 7 AM)
- Full 12 hour day shifts where three shifts equal full time hours
- Daytime and evening blocks from 1 to 6 hours
- Weekend shifts
Work a few hours a week or build a full time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Companionship and a steady, reassuring presence
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Help with dressing and personal care
- Medication reminders
- Support that helps each client stay independent at home
You'll be matched with clients thoughtfully and see the same faces every week.
Qualifications
- Dependable, warm caregivers who treat clients like family
- Caregiving experience is valued, and so are the right instincts
- CNA training is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
