Non-Licensed Agent

Contract to Hire position based in Denver, CO. Anticipated close date: August 31, 2026.

About the role

Main responsibility is supporting investors through processing transaction requests, online account questions, and helping investors make decisions based on account goals. You will also process purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and other account transactions over the phone, and help investors navigate and troubleshoot online or website issues.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase, redemption, exchange, and other account transactions over the phone
• Assist investors with online account questions and troubleshoot website issues
• Guide investors in making decisions aligned with their account goals

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a customer-service oriented role (e.g., retail, food service)
• Career-minded with ambition to grow within the company
• Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage
• Strong problem-solving skills—comfortable using resources to find answers
• Strong customer service skills, including compassion, empathy, and patience
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in financial services, mutual funds, or inbound call centers is a plus

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
