About the role
Clear Recon Corporation is seeking a Foreclosure Processor. The Foreclosure Processor will handle data entry, document drafting, and quality control tasks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to status inquiries
- Document preparation and quality control
- Update internal processing systems
- Update and monitor client's third-party systems
- Communicate with clients/vendors/3rd party bidders
- Closely monitor incoming Notice of Intent and Bids
- Aid with other duties and special projects as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Foreclosure or office experience preferred but not required
- Very organized and multi-tasks oriented
- Possesses good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
