About the role
Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, translating business requirements into actionable project plans. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from initiation through successful rollout. Coordinate with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure solutions align with functional requirements and organizational goals. Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and executives, driving timely decisions and issue resolution. Oversee testing, training, and change management activities in collaboration with subject matter experts and business analysts.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, translating business requirements into actionable project plans.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing functional or business-side projects from planning through delivery.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and functional system requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Pay
$55.00 per hour
