About the role
The Non-IT Project/Program Manager II will coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve organizational goals. They will present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders. They will recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, overseeing staff development. They will analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility and manage the integration of technical activities across various project phases.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management
- Proficiency with computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio
- Financial Sector experience preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management
