Non-Invasive Cardiology Supervisor

Supervises and directs

• duties, responsibilities, schedules and daily operations of the non-invasive cardiology team.
• recruit, hire and develop training for the non-invasive cardiology team.
• resolve problems in a collaborative fashion with all team members and department leadership.
• ensure the provision of 24/7 patient care services by developing effective working relationships with leaders from nursing, clinical engineering and IT services.
• collaborate with department leaders and contribute to the decision-making process.
• be available by phone after hours and weekends as needed to support the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in cardiac telemetry, EKG or related cardiology field required.
• Requires ability to be self-directed and work independently.
• Requires a high level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Requires the ability to promote teamwork and develop team members.
• Requires basic computer operations experience and some familiarity with software programs such as Word; Excel and Outlook.
